Project Description

This historic haybarn was to be renovated for use as a reception/events center.  The change in occupancy prompted an update to the seismic systems of the structure to meet Risk Category III requirements.  Tension-only braced frames were chosen to minimize the visual impact and preserve the historical character of the building.
