We are looking for a motivated self-driven individual to help grow our Solar Structural Engineering Department. We are seeking someone who preferably has experience in structural solar analysis. Experience with both commercial and residential design is desired.

Vector Engineers ® offers structural design services in many states and in many different industries. We are seeking an individual who will add to our great team, and is willing to support the existing team with their skills, hard work, and great attitude while being able to learn our in-house processes and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage projects from start to finish
• Help answer questions from Junior Solar Team members
• Help with onboarding and training of solar interns
• Backcheck projects completed by solar interns
• Help with spreadsheet development and process automation for the Solar Team
• Weekly Solar training

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 4 years engineering experience plus PE License
• Proficient in Risa 3d design suite, AutoCad and Excel
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• Ability to work legally in the United States
