Vector and Forza Design Partner Again for New Tech Hub – Nuro Warehouse

Vector Engineers is proud to announce the completion of Forza Design Group’s Warehouse at E Craig Road and Bruce Street, executed under the expert guidance of Senior Engineer Jonathon Archer from our Draper, UT office.

This project began in August 2021 and was completed in August 2022. It was the 22nd project with this architect and Vector has since moved on to 39 projects with this client. We value each and every one of our clients and treat them as family. We are honored to have experienced this kind of loyalty with Forza Design Group and are excited for the projects and opportunities that lie ahead.

Forza Design Group came to Vector with the desire to build a functional, modern, and attractive working space for tech companies. The architect provided the architectural designs and within 3 months the Vector team had the jurisdiction plan review answered. Speed, quality, and customer satisfaction have always been top priorities at Vector Engineers.

Despite typical challenges, our team efficiently exceeded the project timeline and the building was ready for tenants after only 18 months. Part of the design incorporated tilt-up concrete panels and the Buckling Restrained Braced Frames for seismic resilience. These innovative approaches not only ensured rapid development but also contributed to the structural integrity and aesthetic of the warehouse.
