THE POSITION:

Full-time Customer Service Representative – Solar Client Manager

Job Description:

The main focus of this role will be to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients.

You will be assigned multiple clients to communicate and coordinate with on solar engineering jobs. You’ll be tasked with verifying the timely delivery of jobs and working with the client to understand their expectations. Additionally, you’ll assist accounts receivable on billing concerns and issues for your clients’.

The client management role will require setting up, managing, and tracking jobs with minimal supervision. Thereby requiring the ability to project manage, set priorities, and meet goals and deadlines in a high-performance culture with a positive can-do attitude.

You will be part of a team striving to find new methods for being efficient and automating our processes. The team will frequently meet to collaborate on collected data, ideas, issues, and process improvements. Therefore, being proactive in identifying areas of improvement and problem-solving in a timely fashion will ensure team success.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree (minimum)
  • Microsoft office
  • Google workspace
  • Customer service with strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking abilities and creative
  • Willingness to learn and good at listening
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Takes direction and executes a plan
  • Reliable and follows through on commitments
  • Proactive and self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Capable of balancing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously and successfully
  • Manage projects from start to finish.
  • Train and develop younger engineers.
  • Travel to existing sites to meet with clients and gather data on existing projects.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
