THE POSITION:Full-time Customer Service Representative – Solar Client Manager
The main focus of this role will be to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
You will be assigned multiple clients to communicate and coordinate with on solar engineering jobs. You’ll be tasked with verifying the timely delivery of jobs and working with the client to understand their expectations. Additionally, you’ll assist accounts receivable on billing concerns and issues for your clients.
The client management role will require setting up, managing, and tracking jobs with minimal supervision. Set priorities, and meet goals and deadlines in a high-performance culture with a positive can-do attitude.
You will be part of a team striving to become more efficient and automated. The team will frequently meet to collaborate on collected data, ideas, issues, and process improvements. Being proactive in identifying areas of improvement and problem-solving in a timely fashion will ensure team success.
